The Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Edo State Council has recently appointed Mr. Eben Kingsley Enasco of the Merit Chapel as a Special Adviser on Infrastructural Development to the Council while Mrs. Habiba Barbara Sam appointed Special Adviser on Welfare and Entertainment to the council.
These appointments came during the September edition of the Council’s general congress.
The appointment will be the second and third appointments of nonexecutive members into the cabinet of the state council.
Speaking during the appointment, Comrade Festus Alenkhe, the chairman of the Edo NUJ said, “Eben Kingsley Enasco has been there with the executive members, advising us on Infrastructural Development among others. While Mrs. Habiba Sam has been there with us, assisting the council in unbiased dissemination of welfare and entertainment.
“We look forward to getting more of their best”, he said.
