President Bola Tinubu says the controversy surrounding subsidy removal has subsided, with many Nigerians initially doubting his administration’s decision.

Speaking at an interfaith breaking of fast with lawmakers, Tinubu expressed optimism about Nigeria’s economy, stating better days lie ahead.

While speaking further, President Tinubu reiterates the need for State Police to boost security urging the legislatures to hastily look at it.

He pledges support for lawmakers seeking re-election.

Responding, Speaker Tajudeen Abbas praises Tinubu’s visionary leadership, noting that Nigerians now see Tinubu as a “Messiah”, with the economy improving and inflation decreasing.

The Speaker seeks Tinubu’s backing for lawmakers’ re-election, citing the need for legislative continuity.
