Comedian I Go Save has vented his frustration over Nigeria’s worsening power situation, saying it’s the “worst of times” for electricity.
“Since birth as a Nigerian, these past few years are the worst of power failure of all times… So many places have been without light for weeks, months or years,” he wrote on Instagram.
He questioned how businesses survive without reliable power, highlighting the disparity between government facilities and ordinary citizens.
“Aso Rock has solar/inverter; Ministry of Power uses generator… Are we ever going to have stable electricity?”he quizzed!
Despite Nigerians continued push for equitable power supply across the country, hope of getting improved power supply seems to be diminishing with various distribution companies regularly complaining of shortage of gas.
